Named after the Greek word for “oasis,” Óasi Kitchen + Bar was created to be exactly that — a place to gather, recharge, indulge, and enjoy.
Our vision was simple: create a Mediterranean dining experience that delivers exceptional quality without feeling reserved only for special occasions. At Óasi, guests can enjoy chef-inspired meals in a space that feels polished yet approachable, whether stopping in for a casual lunch, a family dinner, cocktails with friends, or catering for life’s celebrations.
Chef Jaysen Euler brings together years of culinary experience, business leadership, and a passion for hospitality to create the vision behind Óasi Kitchen + Bar.
With a background rooted in both kitchen operations and restaurant management, Jaysen has always believed that great dining starts with consistency, fresh ingredients, and creating an experience guests genuinely connect with. His approach to Mediterranean cuisine blends elevated flavors with an approachable style of dining designed for everyday life.
At Óasi, Chef Jaysen’s focus is simple: serve high-quality food, create a welcoming atmosphere, and build a restaurant guests are excited to return to — whether for a quick bite, a celebratory dinner, or anything in between.
Hobert serves as Operating Partner of Óasi, bringing years of hands-on hospitality leadership and operational expertise to the brand. Before joining Óasi, he served as Regional Director of Operations for Kevin Kelley Concepts, where he oversaw three Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley locations generating $30 million in annual sales. Previously, as a Director at Scott Harris Hospitality, Hobert oversaw operations across 20 locations and played a pivotal role in positioning and scaling Fat Rosie’s for its eventual acquisition by the private equity firm CapitalSpring.
Hobert’s partnership with Chef Jaysen is rooted in years of friendship, shared industry experience, and a mutual commitment to creating hospitality concepts that are thoughtfully operated and genuinely people-focused. The two share a passion for Greek food, a dedication to building systems that support sustainable growth, and a belief that exceptional hospitality begins with taking care of people—the team behind the counter, the guest at the table, and the community beyond its doors.
That philosophy is at the heart of Óasi: modern Greek food served fresh and efficiently by a team that feels genuinely valued, in a welcoming space designed to nourish and give back to the neighborhood it calls home.
Óasi isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a modern Mediterranean haven born from friendship, family, and a shared love of hospitality. Jaysen and Hobert first met while working together at a Chicago-based restaurant group, where they became lifelong friends and often joked about opening a restaurant of their own one day. Now, that playful banter grew into a dream—and ultimately became Óasi. The concept also has a deeply personal connection to Greek culture: Jaysen’s wife, Alexandra, is Greek, and through their life together, he has embraced the culture’s warmth, traditions, vibrant flavors, and generous spirit of hospitality.
Rooted in the Greek word for “oasis,” Óasi brings the soul of Greek cuisine into a fast-fine concept designed to feel like an everyday escape. Fresh ingredients, bright flavors, and feel-good dishes come together in a space where nourishing food meets your happy place—whether you’re dining in, grabbing something between meetings, or bringing a taste of the Mediterranean home. With elevated simplicity, thoughtful service, and catering created for joyful gatherings of every kind, Óasi Kitchen + Bar is where Greek tradition meets modern hospitality—a culinary retreat in the middle of your busy world.
